Tapping To Be Happy – Daytime Online Event

Using TAPPING, as in EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques to reduce or change how you feel about a specific event or situation, and then install “The Happys” to help you feel better about it.

This event is by ZOOM On the SECOND WEDNESDAY of each month from 11:30am to 1:00pm.
You may join per month are not committed to the whole series.
Each month, we will focus on a different topic which can include, but is not limited to: –
* Fear of something specific
* Anxiety
* Overwhelm
* Public Speaking
* Bullying
* Anger at something specific
* Frustration, plus other topics

Note that this is not designed for deep emotional work, this is for working on Changing The Sensations in your body only and bringing in the good things to help you feel much better about it, in a fun, interactive way.
