Emotional First Aid – Effective Strategies for Challenging Times ($40/pp)

October 15, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Free – $40
Effective Strategies For These Challenging Times

This event is designed for any who are looking for a coping mechanism that will work for them to reduce stress, anxiety, fear or anger then and there – on the spot, without pills or potions.

These uncertain and challenging times can be very difficult to navigate, they can carry a lot of weight and uncertainty and make you wonder how you can make it through with all the demands life throws at you, without losing your mind?

What is demonstrated in this workshop are skills for life. Effective strategies that you can use on yourself – for yourself, regardless where you are; on the top of a mountain, in the middle of a crises, at home, work or elsewhere. They can be used in virtually any situation by anyone.

Being stressed puts you in a constant state of fight or flight.  Learning how to change your emotional response, then and there on the spot, will give you the opportunity to approach things from a more resourceful state and ultimately come up with new strategies to deal with situations in a more calm and peaceful way.   It will help to clear your mind and allow you to think more clearly.

There will be practical demonstrations where you will experience what works for you, and put you in control of how you respond or react, in any given situation.

The techniques in this workshop are very powerful, and the intention is that you will feel better about, at least, one situation before you leave.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is absolutely NOT about delving into any personal details whatsoever. These strategies focus purely on helping you to manage how you react in that moment.  You are not required to share anything whatsoever.
