Cancellation &  Refund Policy

At rezonate.co.nz we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring changes to your plans.

Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation by Participant

Workshops and Events

Participants are welcome to transfer their booking to another person of their choosing.  The participant is solely responsible for any monetary transaction that may take place with themselves and the personal they transfer their place to.  

  • Transfer to another person – no refund given
  • Up to 14 days before the workshop/event: Participants are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • 7-13 days before the workshop/event: Participants will receive a 50% refund of the total fee paid.
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop/event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date.

2. Cancellation by Rezonate.co.nz

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop or event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We will notify participants as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or refund.

3. Transfer Policy

  • If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time with the new participant’s details. Transfers requested less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

4. Rescheduling

  • If a workshop or event is rescheduled by Rezonate.co.nz, participants will be given the option to attend on the new date or receive a full refund. We will communicate the new date and time as soon as it is confirmed.

5. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be given for participants who do not show up for the workshop or event without prior notice.

6. Coaching Services

  • Coaching services are provided over a set number of sessions which are recommended to be taken within 3 months.
  • There is a no-refund policy with all coaching services.

7. Special Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies and special circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
